    I have never doubted Z were interested in a t/o. That is why I bought into NKP in the first place.
    But given the choice is either Z or Administration - I see absolutely no reason why Z would offer anything more than 12c/share for a t/o.. No reason at all. They dont and wont do charity to help out Aussie holders..
