3	On Aug 16 2014, Zijin Mining Group Co.,Ltd (“Zijin” or “ the Group”) reported an adjusted half year revenue of 23.99 billion Yuan(equivalent to USD 3.90 billion), representing a 7.7% decrease over the same period last year; net profit of 1.109 billion Yuan(equivalent to USD 180.18 million) , up 1.03%. In addition, as of the end of June 2014, the Group’s total asset was RMB73.994 billion (equivalent to USD 12.02 billion), representing a 10.61% increase over the beginning of the year.
