whatever they offer genorah for their script, will be a minimum.

They did try and take us over in 2011 and offered Genorah 50c but as G rejected it wanting more.

I think the intention this time around is quite obvious. The chinese are patient, and will get it for half the price they originally offered. But they can not afford for the ASX listed stock to start running ahead or they will have to pay more for the tail end. And whatever backroom deals are being done for the G script is in the shadows of a low listed price.
But that wont last long once the G script grab is over with.

Positioning now is the opportunity.
