Cynata will really start to hit its straps in 2020, but with directors carrying a million dollar loan and FUJI knowing exactly how our technology fits into their long term strategic planning you've got to wonder how long before they push the button .... it would appear the option exercise is the most likely first step, but why wouldn't they try and make a lowball offer at this stage of proceedings to see if they can snag the whole box and dice for under $300m ??? I actually think a takeover makes sense and could come sooner than we think. CDI never looked likely to be bought out, until it was. Thoughts? Brickbats?
