Lion 1 and lion 2 are private investment companies that have huge investments in Africa, they are private investment companies they can not be taken over, combined they have 12 investors one of which is lion select, an asx listed company.
Lion 1 and 2 in africa has approximatley 60 to 80% of ALB shares. The top 20 share holders own 70% of the company.
Please stop the stupid rubbish about ALB being a takeover target is just can not be done at this point.
