$32 million is a big investment and this will ensure SP trading around 32 cents(If it's a small placement then doesn't mean much at all).
In a simple term,it is a good deal for shareholder as it is today(SP is up and essential funds are in place).
We do not care invested in ABC or XYZ as long as makes profit.This is the best way to explain or to please ourself.
Bushan is now in charge.
I invested in a coal company called ZCO at 18 cents and looks hopeless for such long time,an Indian company paid over $1 for it a few months later.
I believe that we are in a better position now.
