Rather one non executive director is hanging in there. The other non GPR affiliated KGD "Executive Director" recommends individual shareholders make their own decision. Another 3 days to get closer to 90%. Regardless GPR will get there via its increasing direct ownership of Woodlark.
Frustrating times for GPR holders but worth the wait IMO for GPR to gain total control as supported by all major KGD shareholders.
And the market seems to appreciate also with a positive tun on the stock these past few days.
