My wording contradicts a little the written explanation given by WA8, the main point being vote in October !
"approval by Warriedar shareholders at a meeting of shareholders to vote on the Scheme(Scheme Meeting). For the Scheme to proceed, the resolutions at the Scheme Meeting mustbe approved by at least 75% of all votes cast by Warriedar shareholders and a majority bynumber of all Warriedar shareholders present and voting (in person or by proxy) at theScheme Meeting; "
Note .... the way it's written doesnt really make sense, because if 75% of all votes cast are yes, then by definition a majority of number voting voted yes.... So I suspect this is meant to say at least 50% of holders must vote.
