    Notification of Resignation of Citect Board Member
    (Sydney, Australia) – Citect Corporation Limited (“Citect”; ASX: CTL), advises that Geraldine McBride, CEO and Managing Director of SAP, Australia and New Zealand, has resigned from the Citect Board of Directors, due to a conflict of interest arisen from the recent acquisition of a Citect competitor by SAP. Her resignation is effective immediately.
