After the 3 mine policy has been abandoned we will see a flood of money coming here.
The other point.
This PDN - SMM is far from a done deal.
If PDN didn't get SMM, who would be next in line?
Maybe EME!!
They could also aim for DYL at an earlier time frame.
Lets face it, they are very confident that the 3 mine policy will be abolished here. Might decide on a couple of medium ones before T/O activity really hots up.
