There was a question regarding 1182

Now according to what I have found Teddy become Exuctutive director on 15/2/07 and according to a site dominated by "dieter" he has control of 1182,

Now 1182 had nothing to do with gaming before he got on board.
Then they acquire CYC investments, which their subsidiary is connected with communist youth league which SSI did a deal with earlier this year.

Then on 7th March they do a deal with Playtech to supply p2p gaming software,
Now am I wrong or does it seem that since Teddy gets involved with 1182 they are doing deals that look pretty much the same as SSI's

Now on this site the opinion is that 1182 will takeover/merge with SSI, but we don't know that for sure, in the meantime it would appear that Teddy, since becoming exuctutive director has got 1182 into gaming with deals that look pretty much the same as with SSI.

So would there be a conflict of interest here.
Does it not look like Teddy is using the contacts he has developed with SSI and using it for 1182's benefit,

I consider this to be a conflict of interest and something that could be looked at, anyone disagree??


the whispers are that 1182 are looking to pounce on SSI,
But we have no facts on this, only that many months ago an unknown party expressed interest on 15% of SSI, if a company has a m/c of $1.4 bill I would think they want more than 15%, according to comsec SSI has a m/c of $91 mill, why so low if it is the biggest gaming stock in China with all that potential, has looked strong for a while but keeps geting knocked back.

So what is our chairman up to, about time a few questions were raised.

Either way this could be interesting soon one way or another,
