APAC and Jinchuan could be working together. Jinchuan reached 19.9% and can't go futher unless it makes a takeover offer. APAC now comes in to accumulate another 19.9%. They done well to keep the SP below 46c through out their accumulation period. Just like Abra(AII), they will offer a token above their accumulation price, maybe 60c. You may think 60c is great but then they have 50% of the company below 40c.
Today, they will picking up at 39.5c.
