Major synergy in Cooper Basin
STO have been voracious with farm-ins etc around the Cooper.

DLS seems too small for STO but take out of DLS would clean up management of its Cooper ground nicely.

If STO Big pockets, could be a nice premium.

The other alternative is BPT who also have not too lazy with their corporate moves.

Just hypothesizing... picked up some DLS this morning as they didnt seem to move fast enough in early trading.
