With MAH moving past $1.80, the share consideration is now around $3. So with ASL at $2.35 and a bad bear market, it must tempt the ASL holders.
On the other hand MAH's rally is due to good half yearly report or market concluding the takeover will fail?
Not sure myself but a small punt on asl @ $2.35 for me.
