Very interesting info provided by ASL in their annual results slideshow released to the ASX. Comparisons between MAH and ASL highlight how ungenerous the MAH offer is.
The Deutsche substantial shareholder notice lists all their recent trades in ASL. They were NOT the buyer of the 5m line of shares (3% of ASL) that traded on 5th August. Still looks like an alternative bidder is in the wings.
