Interesting to read the PBA takeover docs today and apply the same takeover multiple to RHD. Takeover price would be somewhere around the 80 cents. Not sure who would want RHD but it gives an indication of price if Julia Ross wanted to take the company private again.
The PBA takeover is a bit of a steal even at 75 cents but it does put the RHD stock price in perspective. Can't believe that this stock got down to a market cap well below their 2009 cashflow- it's up a bit now but still cheap at twice the price I bought in at.
