for me it does not make sense that CVN are on the radar given STO looking to divest what i expect would be in the order of 30-40% - so all those Cos wanting in - there it is on a platter - however should one of those participants who misses out get so enthused by the project then there might be that faint hope of offer - but 20% for the big fish i would think might not be enough??
add to this statement which is aimed at this point in time and the STO sale of equity - any success in APUS would really open up the possibilities IMHO
