Don't believe TG is saying that.
More like concentrating more on developing the finds already made and the team doesn't need to be so big for that. As you might have noticed it takes a long time to go from a discovery to pumping and we wouldn't be able to take advantage of any additional leads atm in terms of additional value. At least that's the way I took to understanding it.
