I don’t expect CVN to be a target at least until the verdict on Buffalo, plus perhaps anyone interested might want to see who if not themselves STO sell down Dorado to, ie to know who there other partner is, perhaps also to wait until a few more key decisions have been made wrt Dorado, and even as to whether Dorado has sisters.
