Correct Bgbdwolf. But how many shares do they actually have? 50%, 60% or more? They need 90% to compulsorily acquire. Have shareholders held back? Or have they accepted?

If there is any chance of an increased offer from MMR to 'mop up' the rest of the outstanding shares. We need an announcement from MMR to know exactly how many shares they have? I doubt we will hear anything before the 16 Feb. In fact I would expect nothing short of some arrogant statement demanding shareholders accept the offer quickly.

I have also written to MMR asking several questions the main one being what are they going to do with the social development programs that have been nurtured by Anvil. Nothing. No response. Not even a 'no comment!'

So we will just have to wait and see.
