If you really think you have lost out (I dont ) you could go over to the otherside and moan with the ADN faithful who are also unhappy (about DFS delay) .

As mentioned in an earlier post today, I think this is a good move merging and the benefits will flow over the course of 2022. ASX 300 within a year?).

This merger needed to occur and I think the majority of MEP SHs are satisfied with it. It would be a rare outcome where all parties are fully satisfied.

The Takeover Code asks the Independent Expert to declare if the offer is fair & reasonable.

I must admit I don't know the definitions for the use of those terms but my guess is it is reasonable. Fair? Not sure. But I'm happy.

I was just trying to introduce a very small possibility of an industry player placing a higher value on 25% of GWJV and that it was strategic enough to enter the fray.

We have done well.
