The 1.5 ratio is based only on the JV assets. The value of MEP other assets do not affect what is a fair price for MEP's 25% of the JV.
I am in MEP for the copper and have followed the company since around 2000 when they discovered Prominent Hill. It's been a long time between drinks.
I think 1.15 is way too low for MEP's 25% of JV assets period. (They have 50% of NNT!). Future predictions about ADN share price are irrelevant but if it was not we would want as many shares as we can get from the Merger.
Do MEP/ADN have to table a Fair and Reasonable report on the Merger?
