    Don't know if I have just been slow on the uptake here but this deal is just a "Friendly" takeover of Centaurus by GlenGarry.

    What a cheap deal they have done.

    I can only hope that the 90% acceptance requirement is not achieved!

    Nothing merger that I can see here!?

    Disappointing, as Tripaces said, the ramp up could have easily been done with dept financing.

    Apologies to Trip for my knee jerk when he posted as much!

    Bad deal IMO and should be thrown out!!
