Excellent post Jonesw - CUR have sold out for well under par value unless they have been misleading on the quality of the land they have, and I don't think they have been misleading at all!

Why on earth they couldn't they arrange to fund this themselves - either with debt or cap raising.

Grrrr, I gave management much more credit than this!!

I just hope the deal falls over.
