    If I had four billion plus I would. Think about it you get the comp for 400 mill or so. F*** all the lenders off by financing the loans. Share price will double,triple quadriple sitting on a nice profit of 1 bill plus and making interest from the 4 bill. It seems so simple to me. Are they trying to make it harder then it is?!! Or am I just a simpleton? Don't answer that! :-)
