    How can they be even close to bankrupt if they have assets worth a lot more than what they would get for their property? Even if they needed a fire sale they would still get decent prices due to the high rent and stable rent from shopping centres.

    The market reacts in strange ways. There are people buying using their brains and people selling using their emotions and following like sheep. The people with brains have to allow for the emotional sheep and buy at the right time. Pick it right and you'll have a multibagger in this.
