This is a great move by RUM. CEN has very little cash to progress their projects and the prospects of a successful placement in the current climate are virtually non existant, unless they are prepared to sell off a major portion of Arganara for a cash injection.
It should prove very compelling to CEN shareholders as RUM has the cash to progress further, as well as the backing of some very astute backers.
