holders who have around 3 or 4 million shares feel.
they'll effectively have had their holdings
cut by approx 67%?.
anyone like to swap 3million shares
for one million on a small refinery
that wont produce till 2011,
thats if the goal posts arent moved
again and the cash somehow disappears....
