It was the answer to the 20c placement price - the speaker stated that Cityview shares have been priced at 40c and above by PW, but that this price does not include the refinery - the speaker failed to mention the massive dilution and how demonstrably irrelevant the PW Report now is.

Their is no correlation between PW Report and the 20c placement price for an asset reportedly worth atm at $320m given the upheaval in the market cap and share price dilution through $170m debt and and issue of 750m odd shares....

That being said, notice how "he" states the fair price of the raising is 20c, but will it be for the "institutions"? The market is aware that this is a furphy IMO and so is the "purchase" price of the refinery IMO.
