The most important point you didn't see is that the people putting up $150mil for the 20c placement will be appointing representative onto cvi's board. Does that sound like people who are just in it for the short-term?

To me it sounds like they are in it for the long-term and will be partnering with the "prominent" angolans to build the company.

NOW, they are paying 20c for their stake...so where do you think they want the sp to be for them to be satisfied with their investment? 30c? 40c? $1?
