    Looks likely that CRZ will takeover Icar Asia ICQ. ICQ founders offering 27.2% out of 37% they hold. Given CRZ already owns 22.9% joining the dots , hnce taking the founders stock of 27.2% would give CRZ 50.1% and control of Icar Asia
    DYOR...just my humble opinion seems fairly obvious to me
