I have also sent an email to WEC general shareholder inquiries. Bayan will try to consolidate KRL as an Indonesian subsidiary out of reach of Australian Courts if they are allowed to get away with the takeover. The Bayan proposal states that they will delist KRL shares from their ASX listing. I am not sure what we can do about this? The first Court hearing is not until 5th October so there is still time to throw a spanner in the works. At least Bayan seem to recognise that the approval of an Australian Court is required, WEC needs to make sure that such approval is not forthcoming.
