oliphant you dont make sense to me. in one sentence u say that u reckon a joint venture is a positive step.
then in the next all you do is talk down the idea. make up your mind! we can all see you just want more of the money you lost and u want to trash talk pem to get a higher offer, but sorry in todays market, beggers cant be chosers!
