Seems a reasonable offer.

Good for REY holders as it noow allows GNM to takeover & fund the coal project. They shares in a quality producing entity with strong upside.

Good for GNM, they takr control of a large thermal coal resource & diversifies their projects.

Also goo for GNM because it will add a whole lot more GNM shares to retail holders which will improve liquidity. They only thing BMN needs is more liquidity & volume & it goes into the ASX200

GNM is a fascinating stock ... has been one of my favorites. Its a great long term hold
