    Yes buy now and they will be converted under the takeover at 1 XCD = 2.4 88E. There are probably conditions so not a done deal.

    XCD looks cheap. 88E trading at 0.7c. At that price XCD should be 1.68c. 88E at 0.6c XCD should be 1.44c. XCD struggling at 1c. All a bit strange.

    If I am missing something let me know.
