Thorney have 10%..enough to stop compulsory acquisition, so they are a key player in this. I can't see Thorney accepting at 3.2, having participated in CR at 5c recently. They will also have better feel of the true value of NMS to the acquirer than Joe Public will have.I plan to follow Thorney's decision re accept or not.
