Clive knew what was going to happen when CL was allowed to go beserk, he could see the writing on the wall but many of us old investors continued to have faith in what Clive started.

ASIC were contacted about the behaviour of CL and the board referred to by Navy Gulf but as was expected nothing eventuated. They are extremely weak and have no regard for the rights of investors that they ultimately are supposed to protect. There is simply no transparency or accountability.

It will be a sad state of affairs if the Board recommend acceptance of the punitave offer. The Chairman should have fallen on his sword and been long gone by now but unfortunately for sharehloders he still has his nose in the trough so there is no knowing what may come out of it all especially after spending more of our money on unnecessary consultants.

I will wait and see what they recommend and hopefully they provide a set of reasons supporting the decision.
