If they have already entertained an offer from NCM back in January or February I think it is also possible that they have considered an offer from a 3rd party in that time frame.
Could we get another offer from left field soon...maybe?
Just a waiting game right now.
Its also possible that NCM pull the pin and we dont get another offer.
Again I am surprised we were never told about the first offer...I thought that would be a requirement by law to disclose market sensitive information???
