DTC is almost insolvent and very poorly run. Been reviewing the investment but could not get comfortable with Management's lack of directing and poor financial standing (noting their is a very expensive private debt outstanding that has covenants that may again be triggered)

$0.25 / 150% premium if real is awesome outcome for shareholder
