Yes, exactly. If everyone takes scrip then there'll be a 75% scale back and we get screwed. End up with a whole lot of cash, not much UWL and our OPC stock has disappeared.
Also the run up in the price today suggests another offer may be forthcoming or some major shareholders are hoovering up stock to block the acquisition.
