Game seems to be HNC are capping price to make the takeover bid seem relatively attractive. So easy to do. Reminds me of the low first bid for MTN at 65c before it quantum leaped to 6 bucks after all the offerings dried up. Methinks anyone selling on-market now is falling into their lap.
AXM JV ? 50 mill tonnes at 5.5% could be real sexy if not too deep. Looks like HNC are looking to control the Ozzie LEAD game with their CHEAP backdoor listing on the ASX thru AII.
Not sure now if I want to give them any of mine at 83c.
Need to think this one thru more carefully. Lionhunter ... opinion ?
