I find it interesting that directors didn't wait until after the next round of drilling results (due May) before entertaining a takeover bid. Assuming the deposit reached critical mass, we would have seen a re-rating and Abra would be less speculative than it was last week before the offer. That way HNC's bid would need to be even higher as more holders would be less willing to depart with a future miner rather than a speccy explorer.

I agree with Oly, we let this one go a bit too easily. Only time will tell what it is, and how much we are letting go in Abra's tenements.

Does anybody know when the sale will happen, assuming it happens??? I would really like to sell mine this financial year to minimise CGT.
