But note the extension is only for 2 weeks. This might indicate that a deal is on the cards - perhaps.
Also note that CHM s/p has really crashed to earth from its dizzy heights of about 12c when the litigation was announced to now under 3c. I expect chm might have liquidity problems and I am glad i didnt buy them. They look set for a further fall and it may go sub 1c.
