66 Cent ist a joke. It is not 1% of the NPV.
Minimum 1,2 $ they must give, if not i hope the most shareholder will not sale. I will not accept this over.
Pray that there will be a second, third big Player who is interested.

I can not understand how Pala can say they will accept this offer? Normaly they payed 1,26$. Maybe they know about this offer for longer time and they bring down this Price and they earned enough from the downtrading.
