I didn't notice the all cash 1.32 option.
As for the script option, based on the enlarged COE mc a sp of 37 cps should prevail, ie implied value of approx 1.15 for the offer.
COE forgot to account for the weakening of their own sp by making the offer.
You might say 1 plus 1 will equal more than 2, but I can see reasons it might end up even less than 2.
As for exploration value, IPMs portfolio is low cost/low risk, COEs is roulette wheel stuff. This market doesn't need to, and shouldn't put money on roulette wheels. Besides IPM's exploration has been on an even more negative level than COE's.
