Take a look at the mid caps - the institutional radar has not helped them - all decimated.
The only things that will help any of the oilers is building a profitable business record, time and a seachange in sector sentiment.
Atm no-one (except a few of these companies) has the cash or apetite to buy anything - look at the COE liquidity.
I wasn't suggesting you go out and buy IPM yourself, merely pointing out that it was being done on your behalf, and if that came to it's intended conclusion you'd have a huge asset weighting in Selmo etc.
