EL in my view is a good investor so I do respect his views, even when they are opposing on this issue, but I think in this case our different views stem form our different interests - I know I am very biased in my views.
I differ with calling cooper a gamble, and my view is it is the exact opposite - as Hartleys put it in the recent report its a free hit. a 30 million spend with a zero percent success rate and 70 million in cash is very rare for most oilers at this end.
EL you must have a massive portfolio based on what I am guessing your cooper holding is and what your percentage limit is.
BTW - I bet you are glad you got out of OZL wow
