takeover offer for pes, page-5

If it is AOE taking over PES, I dont think it would help the AOE share price at all in the short term,as usually in the case in takeovers, the co being taken over shoots up in price.
Also I thought the Shell money was going to be used to cover all costs for to 2011. So where will they get the $ if they are going acquire PES.
I might add i'm no expert, i'm down heaps this fin year
