    On the face of it, this looks like a good move. A 1 for 4 all script offer for a HM deposit that appears to be be bigger, better, and cheaper than. BSE's current operation. DFS and trial mining appears to confirm viability of WTR's deposit.

    The min 40% acceptance is a low hurdle! especially with about that percentage already indicating that they will accept. Nick Limb, WTR chairman, is a smart operator, so I need to dig further to see why the big shareholders are selling out.
