Not sure if anyone else has read it, but its a pretty aggressively written advice to shareholders.
I cant see shareholders approving it - tiny premium to the current price. Holders who bought above $0.68 (and there'll be a heap of them) will be stewing at the audacity of these guys to make such a measly offer.
I dont hold - could be worth a punt on the basis that subsequent offers are likely.
